Using the Pi as a mobile Hotspot

This is designed so you can use a tablet instead of a phone. You can run closed loop when connected to a known network and run open loop when on the run. When not at home, the tablet can talk to the Pi through an ad-hock network that is set up by the Pi that will enable communication with the Riley Link
