How to contribute

The recog project needs help with many things, e.g.:

• report bugs
• help with fixing bugs
• implement missing parts of the recognition process
• improve the documentation
• etc.

If you have any code changes for reco, there are various ways to submit them to us:

• Via pull requests submitted to recog.
• By sending patches to the recog mailing list.
• If neither of these is possible or acceptable for you, you can also directly email Max Horn at FIRSTNAME.LASTNAME [at] uni-siegen.de.

Please make sure to include a description of what your changes do.

Also, if you plan any bigger changes, it is best to first discuss them briefly on the recog mailing list, to avoid duplicate work, and to coordinate efforts.
