1.0.0:

  • 1 week and 1 day until the release
  • L10N update

With a week to go, of our 17 supported languages:

  • Four are done: Arabic, Icelandic, Italian, Turkish
  • Three just need to address one translation (the result of source string feedback): Catalan, Brazilian Portuguese, Swedish
  • One (Dutch) has a single suggested translation pending
  • Nine need work: Chinese traditional, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Norwegian Bokmål, Romanian, Russian, Spanish. Will coordinate with Erin to ping about these.

New candidates for supported languages:

  • Czech and Slovak are fully translated, with translators asking about getting them included in 1.0.0. Erin is looking for reviewers. I think we have some very interested candidates, and if others confirm their work they'd probably like to be the reviewers for these.

QA update:

  • We found one issue where in old installation if the admin runs tailsconfig without running sdconfig, Ansible was failing. (Thank you john for finding it). Fix is now merged in the release branch
  • Testing automatic requeuing of interrupted deletions requeue did not happen, I need someone to verify. (kushal)
