scripts workaround for X-pen issues,

Note please note powershells need a permmssion to run

• Restart_Xpen.ps1 --> restart the app only.

Warning you need the admin right to run theses fwllowing scrpits succesfully. ヽ(´Д｀)ヽ

• Restart_service.bat --> restart TabletInputService, you need admin rights to do that, you can use Restart_service_admin.bat.
• Restart_service_admin.bat --> restart TabletInputService with admin rights prompt.
