Merge of changes in oscarpilote master branch. Includes minor fixes found in that branch.

Fix Masks Width functionality for FSX/P3D

Make masks_width properly show ortho image with ESP water effects, instead of just ortho imagery as land as it currently does.

update default Scenproc script

The latest devel Scenproc only supports camelCase, not all upper names. This release fixes the default script to be camelCase

v130 release

stackTom, 2021 - make v130 into a release, so users can download releases and be better able to know when a new version comes out.
