Description:

Modify the workflow to support a unified sample file that includes control or proband stats, sex, BAM file location, etc. This unified file should be tabular and simplify the sample data management.

Proposed Solution:

  • Update the script to accept a unified sample file.
  • Ensure the script can parse and process the unified sample file correctly.
  • Adjust any related workflows or processes to accommodate the new file format.
