Description:

Implement machine learning techniques to improve the classification accuracy between plasmid and human reads. The goal is to enhance the robustness of the classification process, potentially reducing false positives and false negatives.

Tasks:

  • Research suitable machine learning models for genomic data classification.
  • Implement a model training pipeline.
  • Integrate the trained model into the existing classification process.
  • Evaluate the performance against current methods and refine as needed.
