The WGS project has completely paired samples with normal (N), non functional tumor (NF) and functional tumor (F) parts, respectively. This is done for inhomogeneous samlöes (iAPA)
The WES project has normal (N) and tumor (T) samples for all but 3 samples. This is done for inhomogeneous (iAPA) and homogeneous (APA) samples. The sampels from WGS have been also sequeneed using WES (have same names).
