Pipeshift llama index integration

Description

This PR integrates Pipeshift API's with llama-index LLMs. This will allows user to use the LLMs depployed on pipeshift with the incredible stuff offered by llama-index. Since Pipeshift api's are open ai compatible, OpenAILike wrapper is used to plant main functionality along with it's test cases.

• currently keeping contains_example=false under tool.llamahub as the notebook is failing to find pipeshift package, assuming this won't hamper the build. In case it does, please let me know
