Fixed a bunch of bugs.

Various tweaks:

• Removed sticker drift when the deck is stopped
• Option to cut the beats with the fader (check scsettings.txt, the option you want is "cutbeats")
• scsettings.txt now has the FULL IO and MIDI maps in it, and MIDI bugs have been fixed

This fixes some problems with the jogwheel that were introduced in 1.5.
