Update Radio-T live stream command to use fixed schedule

Remove API call for show start time
Implement logic to check for live show based on fixed schedule (Saturdays at 22:00 UTC)
Calculate and display time until next show when not live
Ensure immediate playback when show is live
Improve error handling and user feedback
