Source of the organization README profile

profile/README.md is the source of the quarto-journals profile README at https://github.com/quarto-journals

The file is build from ORG-README.qmd using Github Action. Please modify the .qmd file to update the organization profile README.

Requirement

• Only public repository will be listed in the Organization profile readme,
• Description of the repositiry must be of the form Quarto template for (the )?<full journal name > so that only the journal name is retrieved,
• If a public repo must be ignoreed, add it to filter in ORG-README.qmd
