LoS 17.1 2nd Gamma Version

No code changes.

• Revert some misc config changes (such as usermode debug). Attempt to enhance performance on 1Gb ram devices.

LoS 17.1 1st Gamma Version

No code changes, but:

• dropped KSM (battery usage increase)
• Updated compiler (GNU Arm Embedded Toolchain 9-2020-q2-update)
• TCP default changed to westwood as per last-year's releases. Westwood supposedly gives higher average on lossy networks.

LoS 17.1 3rd Beta

Picking up on 3rd Beta, I dropped all uid network-related changes from previous build (including user namespace support) and merged just the memory-management and misc minor changes. Let's see how this behaves.

This release also dropped low memory killer, but I'm not sure if Android's alternative will work without user namespaces. Let's see.

Changes: merge nicknitewolff's branch & minor fixes, drop some unused options on config.
This release experimentally removes Android low-memory killer. YMMV.
