Powerball Simulator Built to run from command line.

Goal

• Pick a specified number of tickets.
• Runs powerball drawings until the lottery is won.
• Prints running total net winnings for each year until the win.

#Ideas

• There are 52 * 2 = 104 drawings in a year.
• Tickets cost $2 per draw.
• Uses the pay schedule and rules for powerball as of Jan 1, 2016.
