Server-side Plasmo Voice add-on.

By default, whisper is half of the current proximity distance. You can change the percentage in the config.

Usage

Open Plasmo Voice menu V (by default), go to Activation tab and configure the Whisper activation.

Permission to use whisper: pv.activation.whisper
