Merge-Antimap-Hobo

Python script to merge Antimap Log and HOBO csv files

Each day files are stored in separate folder containing:

• Hobo .csv file

• GPS folder containing Antimap Log .csv files

To run from QGIS python console, place the script and the raw data folders next to your .qgz project

Set the FOLDER_NAME variable at the top of the script

Make sure the UTC_OFFSET variable value is correct for your timezone
