Changes in this release:

  • Improved documentation (HTML or PDF)
    • Extracts and parts of works
    • Recommended terminology for collation
    • Complex or unusual layouts
    • Layout of fragments
    • Use of new execution attribute (see below)
  • New attribute on handNote elements:
    • execution - Categorizes the formality of the script's execution, according to the classifications developed by Lieftinck, Gumbert, and Derolez.
  • New attributes on layout elements:
    • type - characterizes the element in some sense, using any convenient classification scheme or typology.
    • subtype - provides a sub-categorization of the element, if needed.
  • New suggested values for decoNote/@type
  • New suggested values for handNote/@script
  • biblStruct elements are now allowed. Closes #35. Their use and structure is as described in the TEI P5 core standard. This allows references exported from Zotero, using that service's TEI export option, to be copied and pasted straight into msDesc/additional/listBibl

Built on latest TEI P5 version, 4.0.0, so changes in that release are incorporated, see https://www.tei-c.org/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/readme-4.0.0.html
