EC2 instances have multiple network interfaces attached to them allowing them to be multihomed in more than one subnet in a VPC.
I've added the additional_network_interfaces config option, which takes an array of the additional adapters to create and attach after the machine has booted. This has to be done after boot because at the moment if you specify more than 1 network adapter when creating the machine you cannot get a public IP. Attaching the adapters after lets the machine boot with the public IP, then addtional adapters are created and attached to mulithome the machine.
Readme.md updated with the config samples.
