Description
Updated the FFA library to produce the active TPM interface type PCD. This is required by the ACPI table to know how to populate the TPM2 table properly.

How This Was Tested
Verified functionality using the UEFI shell command "acpiview" to confirm the ACPI TPM2 table is being generated correctly.
