Improved *.font.js configuration options

Implemented support for function exported from *.font.js configuration file (environment settings are passed as argument)

Fixed several issues

• merged all pull requests from original repository
• updated project dependencies to latest versions
• fixed font output generation to be consistent in time with same hash(important for long term caching)
