Change MODULE_WHITELIST to MODULE_ALLOWLIST

Terms were changed as a result of MQE-2164. However, the documentation here was not updated to reflect the change.

Looks like the latest version of the docs are up to date. We no longer maintain the v2 MFTF docs. It might be better to report this in the MFTF repo.
