data: add Wacom HID 49A0 (Dell latitude 5320 2-in-1)

Tested and working on my machine, a Dell latitude 5320 2-in-1, but I assume any device with a Wacom HID 49a0 would also work the same.

Sysinfo relating to this can be found here: linuxwacom/wacom-hid-descriptors#378

I did make the file manually, so let me know if I missed something.

file a new issue in that repo with the resulting sysinfo tarball. The README in that repo
has more information and instructions.

The .tablet files in this PR should then link to the sysinfo in this form:

A git grep sysinfo will show how this is currently used in existing data files.
