This pull request updates most usages of
KeychainServiceDriverDummyand the equivalentKeychainServiceDriver.mobilewith an empty array (no available drivers).Note: For now,
KeychainServiceDriverDummyis kept because it's used byKeychainService.test.tsand internal code.Testing
This change should only affect the mobile/web app at runtime. As such, I have done the following manual testing:
