Initial release based on tk-nuke-v0.11.1

Added ability to define hotkeys for shotgun menu items. They can now be added to the nuke.yml file in the config like this:

  menu_favourites:
  - {app_instance: tk-multi-workfiles2, name: File Open..., hotkey: "ctrl+o"}
