MBEToolbox version 2.10 was released on 1 August 2006.
MBEToolbox provide various functions to manipulate biological sequence and do data analysis in molecular evolution. MBEToolbox 2.10 includes more functions for phylogenetic analyses by the maximum likelihood method. It introduces new functions for estimating site-specific evolutionary rates by using a maximum likelihood method or an empirical Bayesian method. It also incorporates several different methods for recombination detection. Multi-platform versions of the software are freely available. Please visit the MBEToolbox Web page: http://bioinformatics.org/mbetoolbox/
Don't worry about leaving your contact again for downloading, I just keep a recode of your visit for my own.
Thank you and best regards,
