Downloads AWS bills from the console programmatically.

If you prefer, you can also manually upsert the template.yml stack from source.
Currently, the only tested region is us-east-1.
The stack outputs a base URL you can use to make calls. The following calls can be made:
Show complete bill contents

- Authentication and/or authorization is anonymous by default, and a basic IAM authentication/authorization is available via the
AuthorizationType. Configuring this to match your environment is left as an exercise for you. - You have to keep puppeteer-core and @sparticuz/chromium in sync if you update packages. See the sparticuz/chromium readme for instructions.
