As it exists today, the on-prem-archive.sh sync-packages script does an excellent job of synchronizing all core packages that are in the core-plans repo.

However, the hab, hab-sup, hab-backline and any other hab-* packages in the core origin do not have their plans in the core-plans repo and new versions are not synced to the on-prem depot.

Yes! I agree! I have to manually update them.

Sync also needs to upload the Linux 2 packages for hab, hab-sup, hab-backline not only Linux 3.
