This PR adds a browser script to the integration smoke test suite. To do this, the test suite uses crocochrome to make a browser available.
Note that this is currently broken as
const crocochromeImage = "ghcr.io/grafana/crocochrome:v0.2.0"is not real, grafana/crocochrome#71 needs to happen first.
