This is a project led by Filippo Biscarini, Jody Edmunds and Pablo Orozco-ter Wengel (Cardiff University, CNR).

The aim is to create a workflow to measure the accuracy of imputing missing genotypes in heterogeneous populations, thereby assessing the effect of population structure on genotype imputation.
