- improve docs and README, add man page
- fix RPM and tgz packaging
- Fix yamllint warnings - Increased the minimum required golang compiler version to 1.22 in `Makefile` - Commented out deb packaging related from Makefile for now, later will add deb packaging - Added usage information in `README.rst` - Add RPM packaging resources This commit enhances the build process, adds more detailed information The update also prepares for the creation of an RPM package for the project.
also include it in the tgz artifact. and improve docs
