Initial release (v0.1)

This is the first release of the WebMCoder tool. It cannot do anything fancy, but it should be able to create nicely playable .webm files. This GitHub release was only created to feature the sample encoded movie for people to play with without downloading or installing the tool. If you wish to actually run the tool yourself, please follow the instructions in the readme.
