I certainly have my system not set to a Djibouti format, the region dropdown menu is showing no value, and the example dates are in the wrong language. LANG is set to en_US.UTF-8. gnome-control-center shows the correct values ("English (United States)").

#138 is the first of some changes that will start to improve this. Available languages are now listed in the left pane on Fedora with this branch. There's still a lot of Ubuntu specific code in this plug that will need to be cleaned up that's causing these issues.

Will continue to work on it.

I believe this should be resolved once #140, #141 and #142 have been merged

There's still #37 which will need some thought before this plug is 100% on Fedora. But at least the main functionality won't be super broken anymore.
