HLSW Fixes is an unofficial patch for the game server monitoring tool HLSW. HLSW development was suddenly stopped around 2011 however many server admins still use the tool. The source code for HLSW is not available but there are a few bugs that can be easily be fixed by editing the config files. It is also possible to add at least minimum support for new games such as detecting games and adding icons using these config files. HLSW fixes brings in a couple of useful fixes and adds support for many new games.

All servers that use Steam Query (normally port 27015) require server_steam_id or steam_id to be its own separate game. Should server_steam_id "0" then it must go under a HL2 Mod. This is not ideal however currently the only way to get the servers to work
