This repository contains the BioWDL pipeline for WGS based cancer diagnostics. This pipeline will performs QC, mapping and both germline and somatic variant-calling. This pipeline is largely a reimplementation of the Hartwig Medical Foundation's pipeline5.
This pipeline is part of Biowdl, developed by the department of Pathology and SASC team at Leiden University Medical Center.
