PR Description
This update revises the main organization's README to make it more cohort-agnostic and inclusive. The changes aim to create a more universal and consistent experience for both SGS and Palette's audiences by removing cohort-specific language and presenting the information in a neutral tone.
Testing
Since the changes are limited to markdown content, no testing is required.
