Create an SFTP upload option that can attach to a specific workflow on the UI or command line (either by configuring a file watcher for a specific directory configured for the workflow, or by creating a temporary directory and providing temporary credentials for upload). This will be an alternative method of uploading a large number of files, and will probably be the primary method for many users for a while, as they are used to using SFTP.
