Updating Documentation

The details of pySBOL documentation can be updated through changing the contents of docs. Documentation will be automatically updated when commits with the updated contents are pushed to the master branch. API page however, is directly taken from the library docstring (currently library under 'Win_32_2'). Thus, to update API document, the contents of python_doc.i must be updated, compile the library, and push new library to the master branch.

When new pages are created, it must be referenced in the index file. The details of the document can be further configured with conf.py.
