Describe the bug

Hi there, so I'm not sure if this is actually a bug or if I'm just using faceposer incorrectly - as iirc it was a bug in Source (not Strata Source) as well - but on the off chance it's a bug I'll try to report it here.

Basically, when making faceposer animations, they aren't always synced that well with what the final result will be, making it somewhat frustrating to make precise animations at times. Sometimes the timing is just off, or the animations will glitch out for a frame or two in-game when they didn't glitch in faceposer, etc. Below I've recorded a video demonstrating the issue, with the top part being faceposer and the bottom being in-game.

Note that in faceposer the model is tilted slightly, feel free to just ignore that part.

To Reproduce

  1. Create an animation sequence in faceposer, utilizing gestures, sequences and/or ramps.
  2. Load a model in faceposer to use as a preview.
  3. Load up a map and play the choregraphy in-game.

Issue Map

Happens globally.

Expected Behavior

Faceposer previews should accurately show the final result in-game, or at least stay consistent timing wise.

Operating System

Windows 11
