After about a week of work Beta Angel and I finished up our save editor for Sonic CD 2011!
This program can edit all data related to saves and Global Settings. It CAN NOT edit time attack data! We chose to not allow users to do that to prevent cheating.
NOTE: Not all values are labeled (Since we don't know what some do) but you can modify them and see what happens!
