Dojo v0.2

The goal for Dojo v0.2 is to let interns efficiently use the software during the summer on Alyssa's data. The data will most likely be "P3" (still not segmented right now) but for development, I will use Alyssa's PC1_Iteration_4 data.

Overall: Dojo should be a slim and easy to use tool

We need:

• add "ToDo" list for users based on automatic detection of orphans or possible orphans on Jeff's request
• emphasize and fix 3D view
• Undo/Redo system
• disable multi-user access which reduces complexity
• keep the 1k x 1k limitation and split data into cubes. Spawn a dojo instance for each cube
• add 2D merging (3D already exists)
• improve 2D splits to move along slices
• add "relabel" functionality to keep it simple and still be able to resolve connected-component 3D merge situations
• add cell type annotation
• remove adjust functionality

Timeline:

• the first interns will arrive in 4 weeks so we need a stable version then
