First release of morpho-cli as a separate application. Relative to morpho 0.5.7, there are a number of improvements:

• Support for multiline editing, which is useful for function definitions, etc.
• Unicode-aware text entry.
• Improved unicode display, particularly for emojis (requires an external unicode library).
