This problem is infrequently reported by users. Ensure you can connect to internet.
If the above solutions do not resolve your issue, you have the option to request a refund. Please contact us through the email address provided within the app. The refund process may take up to 7 days to initiate, and it could be an additional 30 days before your payment provider processes the refund and returns the funds to your account.
Due to limitations with Havoc, we're unable to sign you out directly.
Please log out by tapping the sign-out button found in the menu when you tap on your avatar on the Havoc home page, using Safari.
