Updating badge template for Chicago meeting

This PR is to collect feedback on the format of the badges for the 2022 Chicago meeting. I'm not 100% sure we want to update the main branch everytime there is a new meeting, maybe separate branches are fine.

But anyways, here is my first proposal given the request from the LOC to include the KICP and U Chicago logos:

These look great to me and essentially ready to go. The only question that came up form me was that I could imagine that some affiliations could get quite long. I just wanted to check that the font size scales appropriately.

During registration people could see a mock up of their badge and this typically incites them to make sure their affiliation will fit. In previous years we had to edit a couple of them, but the bulk of badges were just fine
