It could be useful to investigate issues like this: https://github.com/Kotlin/dokka/actions/runs/10776209450/job/29882419601

Changelog: https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/com.gradle.develocity

Note: it says "Compatible with scans.gradle.com and Develocity 2024.2 or later." - not sure which version is used on our Develocity server and how it will work if the version is lower so let's wait for #3790 merged

https://ge.jetbrains.com is on Develocity 2024.1.3 (the version is in the footer at the bottom), but it's still a good idea to update the Develocity plugin now.

Build scan upload failed:

The request was rejected.
Develocity plugin version 3.18 is newer than the newest version supported by Develocity 2024.1.3 which is 3.17. Please update to a newer version of Develocity.
