You can set the reminder time with notes with the days of week to ring.
I always forget to join the daily meeting or other daily stuff when I focus on coding. 😶
Normally, when I am asked to do something routine, it's usually when I'm using JetBrains' IDEs. 🤣
Sadly that I don't find a suitable plugin for my need, so I create it by myself. 🐶

Using the IDE built-in plugin system:
Settings/Preferences > Plugins > Marketplace > Search for "robin" > Install
