Added Ability to Provide Callback for Status Updates

Added a callback argument to the single and multithreaded methods to permit OCRUSREX to stream its progress out via a callback.

This version of OCRUSREX adds a multi threaded mode than can substantially improve performance. The time required per document is effectively divided by the total number of simultaneous processes your system can support.
