Incorporated all patches to date from the BiG World Fixpack
Fixed typo in HANDLE_CHARSETS text conversion for BG2:EE
Converted movie from MVE to WBM format as required by EE
Replaced .bats with MAKE_BIFF for cross-platform support
Used EE ADD_JOURNAL so all entries show under Quests tab
Tweaked travel cutscene and disabled extraneous greeting
Fixed some minor typos in NPC dialogues and journal logs
