Still got the same error while trying to check for upgrade from centos-atomic-host 7.20170309

Can someone please be so kind to state in plain English how to enable a cluster of centos-atomic-host 7.20170309 to upgrade? It always provides error: No detached metadata found for GPG verification
Entering, atomic host status yields Good signature from "CentOS Atomic SIG [email protected]"
Modifying /ostree/repo/config by adding gpg-verify=false does not change this.
