The scope of the project is to ensure that the consumers, their representatives, and providers have easier access to healthcare recipients’ clinical information such as medical conditions, procedures, symptoms, medical implants and devices by enabling them to view this information in a consolidated location, thereby improve clinical decision making and user experience.
