Same. I initially get the 502: Bad Gateway, then after waiting and retrying, the screen just goes blank. When I check the log, i have the same error as OP.

Running HAOS on RPi 4.

Same issue, and can't even add new devices anymore.

I have the same issue as the OP, BUT
waiting sometimes 5 minutes and retrying, it suddenly works again without any intervention.

Using the SLZB-06M POE Coordinator with Zigbee FW (not the beta Matter FW)
